Hi there! I'm SHEDRICK COLE, and I am , personal trainer and wellness coach, I created the SUMMATIMEFINE program because just like you I want to look good in the summer. I like to keep my shirt off and hit the pool or beach at every opportunity.
Every year I kick it into high gear and FOCUS for about a good 8 weeks. I MEAN... I AM ON IT! I am eating right, working out religiously, supplementing and getting my rest. I can't tell you how good it feels to take my shirt off, show off my hard work and because I have the summer "look"
I want you to have your best "look" this year!
I have very high expectations for you while your in this program but in for you to succeed you must have even higher expectations for yourself
The next 8 weeks will be very intense. We will work hard during the workouts but I am expecting you to work hard in the kitchen as well. You will be expected to workout 5 days out of the week for the first 4 weeks then bump it up to 6 days in the last 4 weeks.
There are 4 Bootcamps and 4 Workshops, You can only miss 1 Bootcamp and 1 Workshop.
You will be expected to follow the nutrition guidelines and meal plans for 80% to 90% of the program 8 weeks.
It’s time to shake things up
If you keep doing what you have always done, you will get the results you have always gotten. It’s time to do something different. Ask yourself this question: If I keep doing what I am doing right now, will I achieve what I want to achieve? If you answered no, then it’s time for a change.
