We are creatures of habit. We like routine and do well by following guidelines and advice.

 With habitual coaching, you can have great results by taking the focus off the body weight on the scale and focus on daily actionable steps as another means of progressing towards your primary weight loss goal.

Every 2 weeks you will set mini goals that will allow you to honestly assess your  actions.  These goals (challenges) are the building blocks to higher levels of nutritional management program such as Fat Loss, Lean Muscle and Essential Fats.
