FIYR SQUAD(Fitness Is Your Responsibility)

  At any time fitness in Lancaster we believe in periodization.  This is when you change your training methods and protocols at different intervals throughout the year.

Our F.I.Y.R  SQUAD strength training program (TNT, SOLID, ELITE) is designed to do just that.

  • Jan, Feb and Mar) we are in BUILD: Lifting heavier weights, for less reps
  • April, May, Jun: We CUT: we begin to introduce more cardio to get you ready for the summer.
  • July, August, Sept: We Trim: to maintain the bodyfat during CUT and prepare you for final phase.
  • Oct, Nov, Dec: We RECOVER as we prepare for BUILD.

With 3 Different experience levels, we can meet you where you are and take you where you want to go...

  • Beginners: TNT(Tighten N Tone)
  • Intermediate: Solid
  • Advanced: Elite
